    • How to export

Your verified service record is portable — you can download it anytime as an Excel file with configurable columns.

    How to export

Open your profile, go to Reports, and click Export. Choose which columns to include (date, hours, organization, activity, custom fields, verifier) and the date range. Click Download.

    Pro tip for applications

Most college applications, NHS verifications, and scholarship committees accept the Excel export. For a cleaner look, use the PDF format — it includes a verified-hours summary on page one.

    For students

If your school requires a specific service transcript format, ask your school admin — they may have a report template set up that matches your school's requirements exactly.

    Pro tip: Export before deadlines

Don't wait until the application is due. Export your record a week early and review it — if any hours are still Pending, you'll have time to follow up with verifiers.
