    Disputing & requesting corrections

Sometimes things go wrong — a log gets rejected for the wrong reason, or a verified log has the wrong hours. Here's how to fix it.

    If your log was rejected

Open the rejected log to see the verifier's reason. If it's a legitimate issue, fix it and resubmit. If you disagree, you can message the verifier directly from the log detail page.

    Be specific when disputing

Include evidence: 'I was at the event from 2pm to 6pm, which is 4 hours. Here's the event confirmation email.' Specific disputes get resolved faster than 'This is wrong.'

If a verified log has an error

Verified hours are read-only for you. Click Request Correction on the log and describe the error clearly. The organization sees your request flagged in red in their queue and can edit accordingly.

    Heads up

Correction requests include your message and appear as a highlighted flag in the organization's approval queue. Most corrections are resolved within 2-3 business days.
